Creator Program Terms

Joining the program

Submit the form on the creators page and you get a creator code, a link to the Chrome Web Store listing, and three months of Batch Pro for yourself. There is no approval step, no follower minimum, and no minimum posting schedule. Your code never expires.

Three months of Pro is one redemption, for you, so you can use Batch yourself before you post. Install the extension, open Settings, choose Pro monthly, and enter the Pro code at checkout.

Commission on subscribers

Anyone who uses your code gets 20% off their first payment. Every new subscription that carries your code earns you a one-time commission:

• Plus, monthly: $3 per subscriber
• Plus, annual: $10 per subscriber
• Pro, monthly: $6 per subscriber
• Pro, annual: $30 per subscriber

A subscription counts once it has stayed active for 30 days, so refunds and same-week cancellations do not generate a payout. There is no limit on how long after your post a subscriber can arrive; your code credits them whenever they join.

Payments

Commissions are paid by PayPal on the 1st of the month, with a $20 minimum balance carried forward until it is reached. Add your PayPal email to the join form, or send it to support@batchphotoedit.com later.

The $50 post bonus

A post earns a $50 bonus when both of these are true:

• The post has reached 50,000 organic views.
• Your code has brought in at least one subscriber.

Views are counted on day 14 after posting, organic only, from the post's own analytics. To claim, email the post link and a screenshot of its analytics to support@batchphotoedit.com any time between day 14 and day 30. We reply within three business days and pay within seven. Each post is paid once. Roundup-style posts (posts that list several tools) pay a $25 bonus. Paid-post participants may submit up to two posts a month.

Rules for posting

• Link directly to the Chrome Web Store listing, not to a copied installer or a mirror.
• Use Batch yourself before you post, so what you show is real.
• Say that you earn a commission when you share your code.
• Do not post your code or link on Reddit. Reddit removes posts that look like ads, and one flagged link can block Batch for everyone there. Mentioning Batch in a genuine answer, without your code or link, is fine. Forums and groups that allow promotion are fine.
• No spam, fake views, bought engagement, or scare tactics. Batch is an independent Chrome extension and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Google.

Paid posts

The join form has an optional box to also be considered for paid posts. Selection looks at who your audience is, not how many followers you have. Paid posts follow the same rules above, plus whatever is agreed for that specific post.

Changes and endings

Rates, thresholds and the viewer discount are current program terms and can change with 30 days' notice, posted on the creators page. You can stop posting at any time, keep or delete your posts, and your code keeps working. To leave the program and stop earning, email support@batchphotoedit.com. These program terms sit alongside the Terms of Service for the extension itself.
